Frozen Teaser Trailer from Walt Disney Animation

'Frozen' Teaser Trailer from Walt Disney Animation

With the hot summer months upon us, Walt Disney Animation Studios wants us to start thinking about snow, frosty weather, and Frozen. The animated comedy will be opening in theaters on November 27, 2013, with Josh Gad, Santino Fontana, and Alan Tudyk just signed up to voice characters in the 3D animated comedy.

The new threesome join an existing voice cast that includes Kristen Bell, Idina Menzel and Jonathan Groff. Co-directors Chris Buck (Surf’s Up) and Jennifer Lee (Wreck-It Ralph‘s screenwriter) helm the animated movie.

The Plot:

Fearless optimist Anna (voice of Kristen Bell) sets off on an epic journey—teaming up with rugged mountain man Kristoff (voice of Jonathan Groff) and his loyal reindeer Sven—to find her sister Elsa (voice of Idina Menzel), whose icy powers have trapped the kingdom of Arendelle in eternal winter. Encountering Everest-like conditions, mystical trolls and a hilarious snowman named Olaf, Anna and Kristoff battle the elements in a race to save the kingdom.
