The Third ‘V/H/S’ Film Offers Up a Restricted Trailer

Red Band Trailer for 'V/H/S: Viral'

V/H/S: Viral is showing off a not-safe-for-work trailer that’s gross, disturbing, and very much in keeping with the first two movies of the V/H/S franchise. Contributing to this new entry in the horror series are directors Justin Benson, Gregg Bishop, Aaron Moorhead, Marcel Sarmiento, and Nacho Vigalondo. The cast includes Patrick Lawrie, Emmy Argo, Heather Hayes, Jessica Luza, John Curran, Justin Welborn, Mary Ralston, Michael Aaron Milligan, Gustavo Salmerón, Marian Álvarez, Xavi Daura, Esteban Navarro, Nick Blanco, Chase Newton, Shane Bradey, and Jayden Robison.

Magnet’s releasing V/H/S: Viral on iTunes and On Demand on October 23, 2014. It’ll also have a theatrical release beginning November 21, 2014.

The Plot:

A police chase after a deranged ice cream truck has captivated the attention of the greater Los Angeles area. Dozens of fame—obsessed teens flock to the streets with their video cameras and camera phones, hell—bent on capturing the next viral video. But there is something far more sinister occurring in the streets of L.A. than a simple police chase. A resounding effect is created onto all those obsessed with capturing salacious footage for no other purpose than to amuse or titillate. Soon the discovery becomes that they themselves are the stars of the next video, one where they face their own death.
