Iggy Azalea went into the American Music Awards with the most nominations (six), but only snagged wins in two categories. Instead of Azalea, the night’s big winners were Katy Perry (who couldn’t be in LA to accept her awards on Sunday, November 23, 2014) and One Direction. Both Perry and One Direction earned three awards, with Katy Perry snagging Single of the Year and One Direction earning Artist of the Year honors.
