‘Game of Thrones,’ ‘Deadpool’ Earn ACE Eddie Awards Nominations

The nominees for the 67th Annual ACE Eddie Awards have been announced by the American Cinema Editors (ACE) organization, recognizing the best in editing of films and television in 2016. The ACE Eddie Awards nominees are selected by the members of ACE, an honorary society made up of motion picture editors, with winners set to be announced on January 27, 2017. The 2017 awards ceremony will take place at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.

The 67th Annual Ace Eddie Awards will also honor J.J. Abrams with its ACE Golden Eddie Filmmaker of the Year award. The American Cinema Editors will release the names of its two career achievement award winners soon.
