Aerosmith Announces More Global Warming Tour Dates

Aerosmith Global Warming Tour
Steven Tyler’s no longer tied down with American Idol commitments and will be back on the road with Aerosmith for the just-announced second leg of The Global Warming Tour. The first leg of the sold-out tour earned rave reviews and the band’s not ready to wrap it up for the year, announcing the second leg of the tour is set to kick off on November 8, 2012 in Oklahoma.

The Global Warming Tour’s second leg will hit 14 cities, with Aerosmith performing songs off their upcoming album, Music From Another Dimension, as well as their classic hits. Music From Another Dimension will arrive on November 6th and is the band’s 15th studio album. It’s also the first album made up of all new material in 11 years. Included on the new album is a duet with Carrie Underwood (on “Can’t Stop Loving You”) and “Freedom Fighter” which has Johnny Depp on backing vocals.

The group, made up of original members Steven Tyler, Joe Perry, Brad Whitford, Tom Hamilton and Joey Kramer, will be supported on tour by Cheap Trick.
