Katy Perry, Rihanna, Drake Lead the Video Music Awards

The 29th annual MTV Video Music Awards find Rihanna and Drake tied for the most nominations with five nominations each, and Katy Perry following closely on their heels with four. The winners will be announced at the September 6th event to be held at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, with One Direction and Alicia Keys already confirmed to perform.
