Manning, Ferrell to Host SNL in May 2012

NBC previously announced New York Giants quarterback
Eli Manning is set to host the May 5th episode of
Saturday Night Live (marking his first gig as the show’s guest host), and Rihanna – soon to be seen opposite Taylor Kitsch and Alexander Skarsgard in
Battleship – will be the musical guest. This will be Rihanna’s third appearance as the show’s musical guest. Now NBC has revealed who will be hosting one of the final two episodes of the 2011-2012 season.
According to NBC, Will Ferrell will be returning to the show that made him famous. Ferrell, soon to be seen in
The Campaign, will be back to host for the third time on May 12th. Joining Ferrell as the musical guest will be seven-time Grammy winner, Usher. Usher’s appeared on the show twice before.
