Season four of HBO’s critically acclaimed dramatic series Boardwalk Empire started off rough, but it’s found its groove over the past few episodes. Heading into November and the season finale, it appears the battle between Chalky and Narcisse is heating up while Agent Knox continues to build a case against Nucky.

Episode #45: “Marriage and Hunting”

In Cicero, Van Alden (Michael Shannon) stands up to Capone (Stephen Graham) and comes clean to O’Banion (Arron Shiver). Rothstein (Michael Stuhlbarg) looks to trade an insurance benefit for a cash infusion.

Capone grows suspicious of Torrio (Greg Antonacci); Nucky faces a dilemma; Eli makes peace with Willie (Ben Rosenfield).

Gillian considers selling her mansion and starting a new life with Roy Phillips (Ron Livingston).
