Liam Cunningham visited Conan on Thursday, April 7, 2016 and brought with him a new clip from the upcoming sixth season of Game of Thrones. The new clip shows the Night’s Watch attempting to break down a door. On the other side stand Davos, Jon Snow’s direwolf, Ghost, and members of the Night’s Watch still loyal to Jon (Kit Harington). While Liam would not say whether Jon Snow is really, truly, 100% completely dead, he did tell Conan O’Brien that he holds a secret Game of Thrones fans are dying to find out. Cunningham knows who will ultimately sit on the Iron Throne, but author George R.R. Martin made him promise years ago that he would never tell. Cunningham hasn’t told a soul and joked that there are HBO snipers ready to take him out if he develops loose lips.

Game of Thrones Season 6 Plot: Following the shocking developments at the conclusion of season five, including Jon Snow’s bloody fate at the hands of Castle Black mutineers, Daenerys’ near-demise at the fighting pits of Meereen, and Cersei’s public humiliation in the streets of King’s Landing, survivors from all parts of Westeros and Essos regroup to press forward, inexorably, towards their uncertain individual fates.

Familiar faces will forge new alliances to bolster their strategic chances at survival, while new characters will emerge to challenge the balance of power in the east, west, north and south.
