E! has released the first trailer for The Royals, a scripted series about a fictional British Royal Family. Elizabeth Hurley stars in the show set to premiere in 2015 and which marks the network’s first original scripted series.
The cast also includes Alexandra Park, Joan Collins, William Moseley, and Vincent Regan.
The Plot:
Helena has the power, beauty and intelligence to get what she wants—and what she wants most is to control the public image of her famous family, which is no small task. The king (Regan) and queen’s daughter Eleanor (Park), is constant tabloid fodder, who “tries to be on good behavior but is finding it tough,” Park reveals. And Liam (Moseley), the youngest son, enjoys the perks of being a sought-after eligible bachelor, but falls for an American woman whose morals don’t sit too well with the king and queen.
