Nathan Fillion had to beat out two actors who play sexy vampires (Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley) and two sexy actors who hunt down demons (Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles) in order to win the Favorite Dramatic TV Actor award at the People’s Choice Awards 2013 – and he did. The star of Castle, who also won in 2012, said it’s a blessing to work with the crew and his fellow cast members every day.
Fillion also thanked the people who voted for him, stating, “I agree.” And to the people who didn’t vote for him, Fillion had this to say: “I endeavor next year to get your votes.”
Castle was also named winner of the Favorite TV Crime Drama award.
