So Much Better Than Miley: Helen Mirren Twerks

I never wanted to see anyone twerk ever again after Miley Cyrus’ performance on the MTV Video Music Awards. In fact, I never wanted to even read the word ‘twerk’ again. However, this video of Helen Mirren – Dame Helen Mirren, four-time Oscar nominee and one-time winner – first refusing to twerk and then ultimately giving in has changed my mind about the dance move.
 
Mirren pulled off the dance move while accepting the 2014 Hasty Pudding Award from the Hasty Pudding Theatricals.
