This isn’t your 1980s safe-for-all-ages TV show starring Johnny Depp and Peter DeLuise. No, this new film version of 21 Jump Street pairs up Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill in an action comedy that’s rated R for its language – which is definitely not safe for work (don’t watch this trailer while you’re on the job, unless your employer doesn’t care). The film version follows the TV show in that it plops young-looking cops back in high school to ferret out crime while undercover. But I don’t think the TV show ever had the cops partying hardier than the high schoolers…
