A new trailer is online for Annabelle, the prequel to the 2013 box office hit The Conjuring, and it’s just as disturbing as you’d expect a teaser video for a film about a possessed doll to be. Annabelle focuses on the demonic doll from The Conjuring, telling the story of how she came to be possessed and what she was up to before landing in the locked glass box in the home of Lorraine (played by Vera Farmiga) and Ed Warren (Patrick Wilson).
Warner Bros Pictures is releasing Annabelle in theaters on October 3, 2014.
