Check Out the ‘Arthur Christmas’ Official Trailer

Sony Pictures Animation has put out two really cute teaser trailers for the animated family comedy Arthur Christmas, and now they’ve delivered the first real trailer for the holiday film. It’s definitely cute and has an impressive voice cast (led by James McAvoy, Hugh Laurie, Bill Nighy and Jim Broadbent), so hopefully it’ll deliver the goods come this holiday season. It’s about time we had a really good family-friendly Christmas movie that parents aren’t going to fall asleep during or scream about being forced to watch.

Official Synopsis: Set on Christmas night, the story of Arthur Christmas at last reveals the incredible, never-before seen answer to every child’s question: ‘So how does Santa deliver all those presents in one night?’ The answer: Santa’s exhilarating, ultra-high-tech operation hidden beneath the North Pole. But at the heart of the film is a story with the ingredients of a Christmas classic – a family in a state of comic dysfunction and an unlikely hero, Arthur, with an urgent mission that must be completed before Christmas morning dawns.
