‘Avengers: Endgame’ Video Arrives with the #DontSpoilTheEndgame Campaign

10 days out from the theatrical release of Avengers: Endgame and Marvel has dropped a new teaser featuring clips from the previous films in this chapter of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The new video also features Tony Stark/Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr) warning, “Before we’re done, we still have one promise to keep. If we can’t protect the Earth, you can be damn sure we’ll avenge it.”

Steve Rogers / Captain America (Chris Evans) replies, “Whatever it takes.”

The minute and a half trailer arrives on the same day as the launch of the #DontSpoilTheEndgame message across social media. Directors Anthony and Joe Russo posted a letter to fans (and anyone thinking of being a jerk by disclosing secrets) asking them not to spoil the experience by revealing any key details about the much-anticipated superhero-filled film.

Avengers: Endgame stars Robert Downey Jr as Tony Stark/Iron Man, Chris Evans as Steve Rogers/Captain America, Jeremy Renner as Clint Barton/Hawkeye, Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner/The Hulk, Scarlett Johansson as Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow, Paul Rudd as Scott Lang/Ant-Man, Bradley Cooper as Rocket, Karen Gillan as Nebula, Brie Larson as Captain Marvel, Josh Brolin as Thanos, and Don Cheadle as James Rhodes/War Machine.

Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely, writers of all three Captain America films and Infinity War, wrote the Endgame script. Kevin Feige produced and Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Michael Grillo, Trinh Tran, Jon Favreau and Stan Lee served as executive producers.

Marvel Studios will release Avengers: Endgame in theaters on April 26, 2019.

The Very Basic Plot Description:

“The grave course of events set in motion by Thanos that wiped out half the universe and fractured the Avengers ranks compels the remaining Avengers to take one final stand in Marvel Studios’ grand conclusion to twenty-two films, Avengers: Endgame.”
