‘Avengers: Endgame’ Super Bowl TV Spot: The Team Hasn’t Given Up

First official poster for Marvel Studios' 'Avengers: Endgame'

“Some people move on, but not us,” says Chris Evans as Captain America in a voice-over. The 30 second teaser from Marvel’s Avengers: Endgame aired during the 2019 Super Bowl which pitted the Los Angeles Rams against the New England Patriots. Marvel knows how to tease a property, and they have a history of showing off new footage during the Super Bowl. In fact, occasionally their trailers are the best thing about the big game.

The short video definitely takes place a while after the events of Avengers: Infinity War. The much-anticipated 2019 comic-book inspired film stars Chris Evans, Brie Larson, Evangeline Lilly, Paul Rudd, Chris Hemsworth, Josh Brolin, Elizabeth Olsen, Jeremy Renner, Don Cheadle, Chadwick Boseman, and Sebastian Stan. Bradley Cooper returns as Rocket.

The 21st Marvel Studios film was directed by Joe and Anthony Russo, the team behind Captain America: Winter Soldier, Captain America: Civil War, and Avengers: Infinity War. Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely, writers of all three Captain America films and Infinity War, wrote the Endgame script.

Marvel and Disney will be releasing Avengers: Endgame in theaters on April 26, 2019.
