‘A Ballerina’s Tale’ Trailer – Misty Copeland’s Incredible Story

In the first trailer for A Ballerina’s Tale, Misty Copeland describes finding her voice through dance. Copeland’s journey from a young teenager first discovering the world of ballet to an inspirational young woman whose talent and perseverance opened doors for others to follow in her footsteps is chronicled in the new documentary directed by Nelson George (Finding the Funk).

IFC Films/Sundance Selects will be releasing A Ballerina’s Tale in theaters and VOD on October 14, 2015.
