Director Zack Snyder put an end to speculation as to what a Ben Affleck Batman would look like by tweeting a black and white photo of the Oscar-winner in costume. The photo’s from the set of the Man of Steel sequel, Batman vs. Superman (not its official title) and shows a pensive-looking Batman next to the Batmobile.
So, how much of Affleck’s bulked up torso is courtesy of the Batsuit? That hasn’t been revealed (no shirtless photos of Affleck have surfaced yet), but at least Snyder’s Batman looks impressive.
Warner Bros Pictures is aiming for a May 6, 2016 release date for the Batman vs. Superman film. In addition to Affleck, the cast includes Henry Cavill as Superman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, and Jeremy Irons as Alfred.
