‘Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness’ New TV Spot

The new one-minute TV spot for Marvel Studios’ Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness opens with Dr. Stephen Strange confessing he’s been having the same dream every night. Wanda Maximoff reveals she’s also been experiencing nights of repetitive dreams followed by mornings of the same nightmare.

The teaser continues with Wong telling Dr. Strange the fate of the multiverse depends on them, while Mordo warns Stephen, “This path exacts a heavy toll.”

The new TV spot arrived along with the final poster just one month out from the comic book-inspired film’s theatrical release.

Benedict Cumberbatch leads the cast as Dr. Stephen Strange. Chiwetel Ejiofor plays Mordo, Elizabeth Olsen is Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch, Benedict Wong is Wong, Xochitl Gomez is America Chavez, Michael Stühlbarg is Dr. Nicodemus West, and Rachel McAdams plays Dr. Christine Palmer.

Sam Raimi is back in the superhero world as director with Michael Waldron writing the screenplay. Kevin Feige produces and Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Eric Hauserman Carroll, Scott Derrickson, and Jamie Christopher are the executive producers.

Advance tickets are on sale now ahead of the film’s May 6, 2022 release.
