I, Frankenstein Shows Off a New Trailer

Lionsgate debuted a new trailer for the horror/action movie I, Frankenstein during The Walking Dead‘s season four midseason finale, showing off more of Aaron Eckhart and more of the film’s action. However even with the new trailer, without reading the official synopsis included below it’s nearly impossible to tell what the movie is all about.
 
Also starring Bill Nighy, Miranda Otto, Jai Courtney, and Yvonne Strahovski, I, Frankenstein will enter theaters on January 24, 2014.
 
The Plot:
 
Set in a dystopic present where vigilant gargoyles and ferocious demons rage in a battle for ultimate power, Victor Frankenstein’s creation Adam (Aaron Eckhart) finds himself caught in the middle as both sides race to discover the secret to his immortality. From the creators of the hit supernatural saga, Underworld, comes the action thriller I, Frankenstein, written for the screen and directed by Stuart Beattie based on the graphic novel I, Frankenstein by Kevin Grevioux.
