‘Murder on the Orient Express’ New Trailer: An All-Star Whodunit

20th Century Fox released a new two-minute trailer for the dramatic thriller, Murder on the Orient Express, based on Agatha Christie’s novel. In the new trailer, Kenneth Branagh as detective Hercule Poirot explains, “A passenger has died. He was murdered. The murderer is on the train with us now and every one of you is a suspect. So, let us catch a killer.”


Branagh directed from a script by Michael Green. The ensemble includes Tom Bateman, Penélope Cruz, Willem Dafoe, Judi Dench, Johnny Depp, Josh Gad, Derek Jacobi, Leslie Odom Jr., Michelle Pfeiffer, Daisy Ridley, Marwan Kenzari, Olivia Colman, Lucy Boynton, Manuel Garcia-Rulfo, and Sergei Polunin. Branagh, Ridley Scott, Mark Gordon, Simon Kinberg, Judy Hofflund, and Michael Schaefer produced the drama.

20th Century Fox has a set a November 10, 2017 theatrical release date.

The Plot: What starts out as a lavish train ride through Europe quickly unfolds into one of the most stylish, suspenseful and thrilling mysteries ever told. From the novel by best-selling author Agatha Christie, Murder on the Orient Express tells the tale of thirteen strangers stranded on a train, where everyone’s a suspect. One man must race against time to solve the puzzle before the murderer strikes again.
