Following a leaked trailer, which pissed off 20th Century Fox executives, and days of having the real Prometheus trailer’s release hyped up by the studio, the real deal is now here. Ridley Scott returns to the sci-fi genre with this action-filled film which Fox keeps claiming has nothing to do with Alien. But now that the trailer is here for all of us to dissect, it’s impossible for the studio to continue denying the connection.
Prometheus stars Michael Fassbender, Charlize Theron, Noomi Rapace, and Idris Elba. The sci-fi film will arrive in theaters on June 8, 2012.
