‘Scream 7’ Drops an Official Trailer and New Photos

Paramount Pictures’ official Scream 7 trailer is packed with goodies and throwbacks to the previous films, not the least of which is the confirmation that Sidney named her daughter Tatum. There’s so much going on that multiple trailer viewings are necessary.

Neve Campbell returns to lead the cast as Sidney Prescott and Courteney Cox returns as Gale Weathers. The cast also includes Isabel May, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Mason Gooding, Anna Camp, Joel McHale, Mckenna Grace, and Michelle Randolph. Rounding out the ensemble are Jimmy Tatro, Asa Germann, Celeste O’Connor, Sam Rechner, Ethan Embry, Tim Simons, and Mark Consuelos.

“When a new Ghostface killer emerges in the quiet town where Sidney Prescott (Campbell) has built a new life, her darkest fears are realized as her daughter (May) becomes the next target,” reads Paramount’s synopsis. “Determined to protect her family, Sidney must face the horrors of her past to put an end to the bloodshed once and for all.”

Kevin Williamson created Scream and returns to direct. Williamson also co-wrote the screenplay with Guy Busick. William Sherak, James Vanderbilt, and Paul Neinstein serve as producers.

Scream 7 opens in theaters on February 27, 2026.
