Dogs and cats apparently do not sit at home during the day worrying and/or whining about the fact their people have left them alone. The new The Secret Life of Pets trailer unveiled during the Super Bowl shows our furry family members actually have toilet water-chugging contests, listen to head-banging music, and hang out sniffing butts and making friends. Directed by Chris Renaud (Despicable Me, Despicable Me 2) and Yarrow Cheney, the Illumination Entertainment and Universal Pictures animated film features a voice cast that includes Louis C.K., Eric Stonestreet, Kevin Hart, Ellie Kemper, Lake Bell, Jenny Slate, Bobby Moynihan, Hannibal Buress and Albert Brooks.
The Secret Life of Pets will be released in theaters on July 8, 2016.
