‘Selena Gomez: My Mind & Me’ Trailer: Saving Lives While Saving Herself

Selena Gomez opens up her life and shares her struggles with mental health in the Apple Original Films documentary Selena Gomez: My Mind & Me, premiering on Apple TV+ on November 4, 2022. “Every breath, a breakthrough. In honor of #WorldMentalHealthDay I wanted to share the trailer for my documentary Selena Gomez: My Mind & Me,” tweeted Gomez in support of the trailer’s release.

Directed by Alek Keshishian (Madonna: Truth or Dare), the documentary’s official trailer teases a revealing look into Selena Gomez’s life off-stage. Apple TV+ offers this description of the documentary:

“After years in the limelight, Selena Gomez achieves unimaginable stardom. But just as she reaches a new peak, an unexpected turn pulls her into darkness. This uniquely raw and intimate documentary spans her six-year journey into a new light.”

In addition to her successful recording career, Selena Gomez has been busy starring opposite Steve Martin and Martin Short in Hulu’s Only Murders in the Building. Gomez received an Emmy nomination for playing one of the trio of podcasters who delve into deaths in her New York apartment building.
