Riverdale‘s KJ Apa and Outer Banks‘ Madelyn Cline team up in an adaptation of J.P. Monninger’s 2017 novel, The Map That Leads to You. The lengthy trailer shows how the onscreen couple meet and how an instant connection changes their plans for the future.
The romantic drama also stars Josh Lucas, Madison Thompson, Sofia Wylie, and Orlando Norman. Vera Herbert and Les Bohem adapted the novel, and Lasse Hallström (Dear John, Safe Haven) directed.
The Map That Leads to You premieres on August 20, 2025 on Prime Video.
