Paramount and Yahoo! are giving the internet audience a chance to see what’s happening at the New York premiere of Transformers: Dark of the Moon. The US premiere of the third Transformers film is taking place at 5:30pm EST on June 28, 2011, the release date of the film in 3D. 2D audiences can check out the film beginning June 29th.
Transformers cast members expected to attend include Shia LaBeouf, Josh Duhamel, John Turturro, Tyrese Gibson, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Patrick Dempsey, Kevin Dunn, Julie White, Frances McDormand, and Ken Jeong. Michael Bay’s also expected to hit the red carpet to chat up the film.
The Plot: Shia LaBeouf returns as Sam Witwicky in Transformers: Dark of the Moon. When a mysterious event from Earth’s past erupts into the present day, it threatens to bring a war to Earth so big that the Transformers alone will not be able to save us.
