Caesar (Andy Serkis) and his fellow ape warriors encounter Bad Ape (Steve Zahn) in this new clip from War for the Planet of the Apes. Bad Ape is an evolved ape who escaped from a zoo and has been living on his own for years, and in the three-minute clip he describes his former life and provides a valuable piece of information about bad humans.
Dawn of the Planet of the Apes‘ Matt Reeves and Mark Bomback wrote the script and Reeves directed this third film in the new Apes series. The cast includes Serkis, Zahn, Woody Harrelson, Amiah Miller, Karin Konoval, Judy Greer, and Terry Notary.
20th Century Fox will release War for the Planet of the Apes in theaters on July 14, 2017.
The Plot: In War for the Planet of the Apes, the third chapter of the critically acclaimed blockbuster franchise, Caesar and his apes are forced into a deadly conflict with an army of humans led by a ruthless Colonel.
