The 2014 CMA Country Christmas special hosted by Jennifer Nettles has just confirmed Alan Jackson, Brad Paisley and Steven Tyler will be among this year’s performers. They join previously announced performers Dan + Shay, Brett Eldredge, Sara Evans, Lucy Hale, Hunter Hayes, Little Big Town, Idina Menzel, Nettles, LeAnn Rimes, Michael W. Smith, and Carrie Underwood to help ring in the holidays. The two-hour holiday special will air on ABC on December 1st at 8pm ET/PT.
The Country music-filled special will tape in Nashville, Tennessee on November 7th. Anyone who plans on attending is encouraged to bring a new, unwrapped toy to help out Nashville kids in need.
“Our toy drive adds something special to the celebration shining a spotlight on a worthy endeavor in a way that reflects the values and giving nature of our artists, the industry, and this city,” said Sarah Trahern, CMA Chief Executive Officer.
