The 2018 American Music Awards list of nominees is topped Cardi B and Drake, with both artists earning eight nominations. Ed Sheeran and Post Malone follow close behind with six each, and Camila Cabello snagged five nominations including New Artist of the Year and Favorite Music Video.
This year’s awards show will air live on ABC on Tuesday, October 9th at 8pm ET. Tracee Ellis Ross has been tapped to host the American Music Awards which will take place at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles. Ross is also executive producing along with Barry Adelman and Mark Bracco.
Voting is now open in all categories with the exception of New Artist of the Year, Favorite Social Artist, and Collaboration of the Year. Fans can vote at VoteAMAs.com or on Twitter by tweeting the nominee’s name (or Twitter handle), the category, and the hashtag #AMAs.
