While Miley Cyrus released yet another nasty video and Justin Bieber teased fans over whether he’ll be retiring soon or not, Beyonce’s been spending her time and energy helping out shoppers at a Walmart store and spending a little time with a terminally ill fan. Beyonce teamed up with the Make-A-Wish Foundation to grant the wish of Taylon, a young girl who was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor. Taylon was a special VIP guest at Beyonce’s Mrs.Carter Show World Tour stop in Las Vegas where she joined the Grammy-winning singer on “Love on Top” and “Survivor.”
