Carly Pearce has been tapped to host CMA Country Christmas airing on December 8, 2022 on ABC. This year’s Country music-filled celebration marks the 13th annual CMA Country Christmas special.
2022’s CMA Country Christmas will feature performances by host Carly Pearce as well as Steven Curtis Chapman, Dan + Shay, Scotty McCreery, Maren Morris, Old Dominion, Molly Tuttle, and The War And Treaty. Milton Sneed directs, Jon Macks is the writer, and Robert Deaton executive produces.
The holiday special, which debuted in 2010, features classic tunes and one-of-a-kind musical performances. CMA Country Christmas is filmed in Nashville and, per the Country Music Association, invites “viewers to sit back and enjoy the season in a warm and intimate setting reminiscent of classic Christmas television specials of the past.”
