Ed Sheeran to Perform on the 2023 ACM Awards

Ed Sheeran, hot off his winning verdict in the “Thinking Out Loud” copyright infringement case, is set to perform on the 58th Academy of Country Music Awards streaming live on Thursday, May 11, 2023 on Prime Video. This will be the first time Sheeran’s performing on the popular Country music awards show.

Dolly Parton and Garth Brooks are hosting this year’s ACM Awards which is set to take place at the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas. In addition to Sheeran, the ACM Awards will feature special collaborations including Carly Pearce and Trisha Yearwood; Ashley McBryde featuring Brandy Clark, Caylee Hammack, Pillbox Patti, and John Osborne; Cole Swindell and Jo Dee Messina; and solo performances by this year’s top nominee HARDY and ACM Male Artist of the Year nominee Jordan Davis.

Presenters include Gabby Barrett, BRELAND, Brandy Clark, Jordan Davis, Mickey Guyton, Tyler Hubbard, Dustin Lynch, TJ Osborne, and Jon Pardi. Carly Pearce, MacKenzie Porter, Dak Prescott, Emmitt Smith, Tanya Tucker, Keith Urban, and Trisha Yearwood will also take the stage to present.

Co-host Dolly Parton will be the final act of the night, performing “World on Fire,” the first single off of her upcoming album, Rockstar. Rockstar is Parton’s first rock album and will be released on November 17th.

Raj Kapoor, Barry Adelman, Fonda Anita, and Academy of Country Music’s Damon Whiteside serve as executive producers. The 2023 ACM Awards produced by Dick Clark Productions.
