Jimmy Kimmel closed down Hollywood Blvd in front of his studio on September 23, 2013 for a live performance by Sir Paul McCartney. The free concert in the street came after McCartney made his first appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, kicking off the fall 2013 television season and kicking the late night talk show battle up a notch.
