Jared Leto’s band Thirty Seconds to Mars announced a major North American tour in support of their upcoming fifth studio album. The band’s new album will arrive on April 6, 2018, and anyone who buys a concert ticket will receive a copy with their purchase. Those fortunate enough to be in the audience at The Ellen DeGeneres Show when Leto made the tour announcement on February 8th also received free tickets to an upcoming show.
“The Monolith Tour” will kick off on June 6, 2018 in Toronto and will stop in cities including Boston, Detroit, Chicago, Miami, Houston, and San Francisco. The tour’s scheduled to wrap up on July 22nd in Phoenix, AZ. Thirty Seconds to Mars (Jared Leto, Shannon Leto and Tomo Milicevic) will be joined by Walk The Moon, K.Flay, MisterWives, Joywave, and Welshly Arms on select dates.
Per Live Nation, tickets will go on sale to the general public beginning Friday, February 16th at 10am local time at LiveNation.com. A special presale for Citi® cardmembers will begin on February 13th at 10am local time.
