In a fantastic year for documentaries, 15 have made it further in the Oscars race. The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences just revealed the 15 films that have advanced in the hunt for Best Documentary Feature at the 85th Academy Awards.

Five nominees for the Best Documentary will be selected out of these 15 films. The nominees will be announced on January 10, 2013. The 2013 Oscars will take place on February 24th.
