The First Artists Have Been Announced for the 2013 CMA Music Festival

Carrie Underwood, Luke Bryan, Lady Antebellum, and Little Big Town have been confirmed to perform at the 2013 CMA Music Festival to be held June 6-9, 2013. The annual festival takes place in Nashville and raises funds for music education.
 
“What an exciting lineup – and we are just getting started,” stated Steve Moore, CMA Chief Executive Officer. “Ticket sales are stronger than ever and we are always researching and developing ways to enhance the Festival experience for our attendees and the artists who continue this time-honored tradition of giving back to the fans.”
 

Bryan’s just about to head out on his Dirt Road Diaries Tour, his first as a headliner. Lady Antebellum performed at the festival in 2012 and have earned seven CMA awards. And Little Big Town is the reigning CMA Vocal Group of the Year as well as 11-time CMA award nominees.
 
Underwood is a five-time CMA award winner who has won three CMA Female Vocalist of the Year Awards and has co-hosted the CMA Awards for the past five years running.
