Iggy Azalea leads the pack of 2014 American Music Awards nominees with six followed by John Legend, Katy Perry and Pharrell Williams with five each. Hot on their heels were Lorde with four and Beyoncé, Eminem, Imagine Dragons, OneRepublic and One Direction with three a piece.
This year’s American Music Awards will take place on November 23rd at the NOKIA Theatre L.A. Live and will air on ABC from 8-11pm ET/PT. Charlie XCX is scheduled to perform live at the music awards show.
Changes to this year’s awards include an increase from five to 10 nominees in the Artist of the Year category. The Single of the Year category also has a bump up in the number of nominees, with the category increasing from three to five.
