Films by Bennett Miller, David Cronenberg, Mike Leigh, and Wim Wenders were among the prize-winning movies at the 2014 Cannes Film Festival. Nuri Bilge Ceylan’s Winter Sleep took home top honors while actress Julianne Moore was recognized for her performance in Cronenberg’s Maps to the Stars and Timothy Spall won the Best Actor award for his Leigh’s Mr. Turner.
