Syfy’s set the premiere date for the 13-episode third season of Being Human starring Sam Witwer, Sam Huntington, and Meaghan Rath. And the date is…Monday, January 14, 2013 at 9pm ET/PT.

Syfy also announced they’ve upped guest star Kristen Hager’s status to series regular.

Returning guest stars for season three will include Mark Pellegrino as Aidan’s vampire mentor Bishop; Amy Aquino as Donna, a witch whose supernatural spells are sought out to help find Sally; Xander Berkeley as Liam, father of purebred werewolf twins who is intent on locating his missing children; Bobby Campo as Max, a young mortician who develops a connection with Sally; and Kyle Schmid returning as Aidan’s vampire protégé/”son” Henry.

And just as a refresher, season two left us hanging with Aidan being punished by being buried alive, Sally lost somewhere in limbo, and Josh’s plan to kill Ray endangering Nora.

Season two’s audience grew over Syfy’s season one of the show by 10%, averaging 2.115 million viewers.
