The cast of Starz’s upcoming new drama series Flesh and Bone has expanded by one. Tony nominee Ben Daniels has signed on to play ‘Paul Grayson’ – a brilliant artistic director – in the series set in the world of ballet.

The series was created by Breaking Bad writer Moira Walley-Beckett, and Walley-Beckett, Lawrence Bender, Kevin Brown, and John Melfi executive producing. Filming will take place in New York, with David Michôd (Animal Kingdom) directing the first episode.

In addition to Daniels, the cast includes Sarah Hay, Irina Dvorovenko, Sascha Radetsky, Raychel Diane Weiner, and Emily Tyra.

The Plot:

Flesh and Bone follows a young ballet dancer with a distinctly troubled past as she joins a prestigious ballet company in New York. The dark and gritty series will unflinchingly explore the dysfunction and glamour of the ballet world.

Flesh and Bones will debut in 2015.
