The cast of Fox’s Rosewood has expanded by one. Brian Austin Green (Anger Management, Desperate Housewives) has taken on the role of Aaron Slade in season two of the series starring Morris Chestnut and Jaina Lee Ortiz. Green’s will be a series regular when the show kicks off on September 22, 2016.

Aaron Slade is described as “East Miami Police’s newest member with a mysterious past, who will both challenge and complicate an already messy situation between Dr. Beaumont Rosewood, Jr. and Detective Annalise Villa. He doesn’t trust anyone and hates the idea of partnerships and teams – which will keep Rosewood and Villa on their toes as they go to great lengths to figure him out. As the team begins to investigate and uncover the real Aaron Slade, the twosome learn of his storied past.”

Green’s credits also include Beverly Hills 90210, Anger Management, Wedding Band, Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, Smallville, and Las Vegas. He’s also stepped behind the camera to direct 2003’s Fish Without a Bicycle starring Brad Rowe.

Todd Harthan created Rosewood and serves as an executive producer with Wyck Godfrey and Marty Bowen.
