Larry David finally returns for a new season of the critically acclaimed HBO series Curb Your Enthusiasm on Sunday, October 1, 2017. The ninth season of the award-winning comedy will air on Sundays at 10pm ET/PT and will consist of 10 new episodes. In addition to Larry David, returning Curb Your Enthusiasm cast members include Jeff Garlin as Jeff, Susie Essman as Susie, J.B. Smoove as Leon, Cheryl Hines as Cheryl, Richard Lewis, Bob Einstein, Ted Danson, and Mary Steenburgen. Katie Aselton, Elizabeth Banks, Ed Begley, Jr., Carrie Brownstein, Bryan Cranston, Lauren Graham, Jimmy Kimmel, Nick Offerman, Nasim Pedrad, Elizabeth Perkins, June Diane Raphael, Andrea Savage, Damon Wayans, Jr., Steven Weber, and Casey Wilson will also appear in episodes of season nine.
The series was created by Larry David, and David executive produces with Jeff Garlin and Jeff Schaffer.
The Plot: The show stars Seinfeld co-creator David as an over-the-top version of himself in an unsparing but tongue-in-cheek depiction of his life. This season, Larry has a new venture that elicits promising feedback from a number of prospective investors – until a string of missteps undermines the plan, at least temporarily.
