Ink and Bone Gets Penciled in by Dimension Films

Zak Olkewicz’ horror thriller Ink and Bone has been picked up Dimension Films. Described as similar in tone to 1408, Ink and Bone was “preemptively purchased” by Dimension.

Commenting on the acquisition, Bob Weinstein said, “I immediately read and loved the concept of Zak’s script. It reminds me of Stephen King’s work and I feel that Ink and Bone could be a successful upscale thriller for Dimension.”

Olkewicz is also busy working on his first spec, Marked, for Chernin Entertainment.

The Plot:

In the film, when an editor is dispatched to help a reclusive horror writer finish his latest book, she discovers he’s being held prisoner in his house by everything he’s ever written.
