New Album from Dwight Yoakam Coming in September

It’s been seven years since Dwight Yoakam released his last studio album, and fans have been anxiously awaiting a new album from the Grammy Award winner ever since the release of 2005’s Blame the Vain. And, finally, on September 18th the wait will come to an end when Warner Bros Records releases 3 Pears.

Yoakam’s 26th album will include 12 tracks produced by Yoakam (with two from Beck). 3 Pears is a mix of rock, Americana, pop, and soul, and showcases Yoakam’s country vocals.

To date, Yoakam’s earned 21 Grammy nominations (winning two) and has sold more than 25 million albums.
