Ellie Goulding New Album Details

UK singer/songwriter Ellie Goulding will release her new album, Halcyon, on October 9, 2012 via Cherrytree/ Interscope Records. The first single off the album will be “Anything Could Happen” and will arrive on August 21st. A lyric video for “Anything Could Happen” will debut on August 13th on VEVO.
 
Recorded in Hay Valley, West England (Goulding’s hometown), Goulding wrote and co-produced all of the tracks on Halcyon.
 
In the release date announcement, Goulding said, “This album for me is a journey from dark into light from confusion to understanding. I didn’t set out to write a break-up record but I think it became one.”
