Country artists Florida Georgia Line will be performing live on the West Coast and East Coast season three premiere of ABC’s Nashville. According to the network, the duo’s live performances for the West and East Coasts will mark the first time real-life artists have performed live on the music-driven series.

In addition, Chris Carmack will sing “If It’s Love” and Charles Esten will perform “I Know How to Love You Now” on the season premiere.

“Florida Georgia Line is one of the music industry’s hottest groups. With record-breaking sales figures and the energy to match, they’ve achieved the level of stardom that we explore every week on Nashville, so we are delighted to have them perform live on both coasts for our historic third season premiere,” said executive producer Dee Johnson.

The cast of season three includes Connie Britton, Hayden Panettiere, Clare Bowen, Chris Carmack, Will Chase, Eric Close, Charles Esten, Oliver Hudson, Jonathan Jackson, Sam Palladio, Lennon Stella, and Maisy Stella.

Nashville‘s third season kicks off on September 24, 2014 at 10pm ET/PT.
