George Lopez is Back on HBO with Another Stand-Up Special

If the third time’s the charm, this one’s it for George Lopez. The comedian/actor returns to HBO for his third live solo stand-up special on July 14th, with Troy Miller (Flight of the Conchords) on board to produce and direct. George Lopez: It’s Not Me, It’s You will air live at 10pm ET (tape-delayed on the West Coast) from Nokia Theater in downtown Los Angeles.

Lopez discusses the state of Latinos in the United States and is expected to cover topics such as dating and marriage, alcohol and drugs, parenting, irritating pets, Latino environmental firsts, getting old, the behavior of children today and the importance of teaching them “the hard way.” He also talks politics and reveals his thoughts on his visit to the White House.
