Season 13 of Fox’s popular cooking series Hell’s Kitchen premieres on September 10, 2014 at 8pm with a two hour episode featuring 18 chefs vying for a shot at being the head chef at a Gordon Ramsay restaurant. The new season’s first hour kicks off with the chefs having to cook their signature dishes in front of a live audience. The second hour sends the teams searching for clams before having to recreate Chef Ramsay’s Geoduck sashimi.
